ANOTHER YEAR UNDER MY BELT

As usual I’m glad it’s over, but our training has actually been changed…for the better! It was pretty cool, they had us acting out real life scenarios, we were on an airplane mock up and we were told what phase of flight we were in, and we acted it out. Our “passengers” who were our instructors, then threw an emergency at us, like a choking baby, a laptop fire, and a suspicious device on the airplane.We then had to act out what we would do. It was pretty intense, and a lot better than watching videos all day.

Here is a picture of me from my initial training class, learning the very important skill, of fastening a seat belt. This skill has really gotten me far in life, I use it almost every day, when I get in my car, I really have know idea where I’d be without it!
