This is one of my favorite things to do! In lieu of bringing gifts home for family and friends from your travels why not bring home the experience? When I flew internationally, I was in Europe every week so I would bring home spicy mustard’s from Germany, Limoncello and pasta from Italy, waffles from Belgium…you get the idea. I still bring local food and ideas home from our trips, even in the U.S. We bring back amazing Clam Chowder from Boston, or fresh Salmon from Seattle.
This is a great way to share your trip with friends and family, throw a dinner party themed around the local flavor of your recent trip. It’s a great time to break out the pictures and actually share your experience, and the memories last longer than a t-shirt!
Hi!
I came over from Ashleys! 🙂
This is such a great idea.. if you get to travel as much as you do!!
What would you bring home from Norway?? That’s where I am… 😉
Have a safe trip wherever you go!
Monica
