A great perk of my of my job is bringing my family with me on trips sometimes. On a recent trip to Seattle my mom and my daughter Lucy were able to meet up with me. Here are a few photos from our day…

Shrimp cocktail at Pikes Market was the perfect ending to our day. And, yes they put on a show for us! “SHRIMP COCKTAIL! SHRIMP COCKTAIL! NO SAUCE! NO SAUCE!”

    Some of my best trips have begun with bringing my children with me on a layover. Once Lucy is a teenager it is so much easier. They can find thier way home if you encounter problems. I love your blog and am so glad I found it.
