After tending to runny noses all week, mine and Lucy’s, I headed off to a much needed mini vacation. (disguised as work) Destination: Liberia, Costa Rica. I hadn’t been yet but have heard great things about it.

The flight was only half full, and we were there in time for dinner at our all inclusive resort, run by Hilton Hotels. My entire crew met up, and we had dinner and cocktails by the pool, over looking the water. It was such a beautiful night and to top it off there was a wedding reception going on. The only problem…I forgot my camera!

When I got back to my room, I sat out on my balcony, overlooking the bay, and enjoyed some quiet time reading. This may be a good place to come back with Kevin and Lucy. The flights are wide open and they offer us a discounted rate of $120. per night. (regular rate is $500.) Of course my wedding anniversary is coming up, maybe Lucy’s Nana or Grampie would like to come over and spend some quality time with their Lulu?
